The items that we sell at the KnifeCenter are relatively high in value and vary greatly in weight. We calculate shipping charges based primarily on the weight and distance and not on the value of the item. Our intent is to charge you approximately what it will cost us to ship it. We have set up this page to help you determine the approximate costs.
Shipping Within the United States
Free Shipping We offer free Standard Shipping on all orders over $95 within the US (excludes “Oversized Items”).
Orders Under $95 – Flat Rate Shipping All non-oversized items ship anywhere in the United States for $5.99 in 1-5 business days! This includes Hawaii, Alaska, and APOs – however these may have longer delivery times.
UPS/FedEx Ground Service for the 48 contiguous US states 1-3 business day service for the eastern portion of the US. 2-5 business day service for the western portion of the US. View a map of the UPS Ground service transit times.
UPS/FedEx Expedited Shipping Need it sooner? 3 Day, 2 Day and Overnight are also available.
International

Canada

Orders with Out of Stock Items
If your order has an item that is currently out of stock, it will not ship until all items are in stock. If you would like us to partially ship (ship the in stock items now and the backorders separately), please include a note in the comments section during checkout (there may be an additional shipping charge).If you have further questions, please give us a call at 1.800.338.6799 or 540.228.1400 and we will be glad to help you.
When Will My Order Ship?
Orders received by 3:00 PM ET will ship within 1-2 business days.
Delivery Issues
Report any delivery issues by phone or email within five business days of receiving your order.
Claims for Lost or Stolen Shipments
If you report that a shipment is lost, stolen, or not received, KnifeCenter will conduct an investigation before issuing a reshipment or refund. If the carrier provides Proof of Delivery confirming that the package was delivered correctly, KnifeCenter is not obligated to provide a refund or reshipment.
Missing Items
If an item is reported missing from the package, and KnifeCenter verifies internally that the item(s) were shipped as ordered, a police report will be required. A refund or reshipment will only be considered upon receipt of the police report. KnifeCenter is not obligated to provide a refund or reshipment.
Legal Issues
You must be 18 years old to order from us. Some locations may have more restrictive laws and you are responsible for knowing and following those laws. By placing an order with us you are agreeing that you have read our terms and that you accept legal responsibility for owning the item you have ordered in the jurisdiction to which we deliver it.
