International Sales & Shipping Policies
We are pleased to be able to sell and ship our products worldwide. For most countries, including Canada, Western Europe, and most of Asia, we ship directly via FedEx or USPS. For certain countries, we have partnered with Zonos to fulfill the orders. During checkout, simply fill out all of the required fields and, once you select your country, you will be directed to either the KnifeCenter Checkout or Zonos' Checkout.
KnifeCenter International Shipping Policy
- Customer is responsible for all fees and taxes - we charge only for our shipping costs.
- Customer is responsible for knowing their own laws and assumes all risk for the value of the package as well as our shipping costs, should it be confiscated at customs.
- If package is found to be undeliverable, customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (which can be higher than original shipping).
- All return and replacement shipping costs must be paid by the customer.
We will insure packages and file claims where applicable. Claims for FedEx shipments that are lost or damaged in transit take approximately 10-14 days to process. Claims for USPS shipments that are lost or damaged in transit will be processed 30-45 days after the package is shipped and purchaser will be reimbursed once the payment has been received by KnifeCenter.
Canada Shipments
Canada has import restrictions on certain products we sell. We encourage our Canadian customers to review their own import regulations prior to ordering from KnifeCenter. Restricted items include, but are not limited to, assisted folders, knives with a flipper tab, automatic knives, batons, and "T" style push daggers.
Zonos International Shipping Information
- If your country is handled by our international shipping partner, Zonos, you will automatically be routed to their checkout page once you select your country.
- Please be aware that because your payment is being processed through Zonos, your credit card or bank statement will reflect a charge from Zonos.

Export Restrictions
Certain companies that we deal with, do not allow us to export their products as part of their corporate policy.
Benchmade and Zero Tolerance (ZT) Products Not eligible for sale outside the United States and Canada.
Gerber, Leatherman, SureFire, ASP Products, and Work Sharp Not eligible for sale outside the United States.
