Best New Knives Going Into 2025: KnifeCenter's Top Picks

We’ve seen a lot of fantastic new knives this past year. David C. Andersen from KnifeCenter has handled well over 1000 new knife releases in 2024 on our YouTube channel. These are the ones that stood out to him the most, covering everything from the budget-friendly to the high-end. Does that make them the best new knives available in 2025? That is what we are here to find out.
