General Returns

What You Can Return: Factory-made items in their original, new, and unused condition, along with all manufacturer packaging.
Return Timeframe: You have 60 days from date of delivery to return eligible items. Custom and Mid-Tech Knives have a different timeframe – see their specific policy below.
Refund Details:
- We’ll refund the full purchase price minus the original shipping fee.
- If your order received free shipping, $5 will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- If your order included a promotional item that you would not have qualified for without the returned item(s), the promotional item must also be returned to avoid adjustments to your refund.
Pack the item securely in a shipping box. Be sure to include the manufacturer’s original packaging.

Custom, Mid-Tech, Limited Editions, and High-Dollar Items
This category includes custom-made knives, semi-custom knives, limited edition or limited availability items, as well as any high-dollar items.
What You Can Return: Custom, mid-tech, and limited edition items in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging.
Return Timeframe: You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return these items.
Refund Details:
- A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- If your order included a promotional item that you would not have qualified for without the returned item(s), the promotional item must also be returned to avoid adjustments to your refund.
Important:
- Items that are not in new or unused condition will be returned to you at your expense.
- We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product/manufacturer packaging.
- For used items or if the return is outside of our return window, we recommend reaching out to the manufacturer directly for assistance with warranty issues.
- If you received a wrong or defective item, contact us at support@knifecenter.com so we can provide instructions for returning it.
Exceptions:
Personal Care Products, such as razors and shaving products, can only be returned if they’re defective or unopened due to hygiene concerns. Customers with frequent returns may be charged a 5% restocking fee. If you return an item purchased through the KnifeCenter Payment Plan, the 25% deposit is non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. Bulk orders and special/catalog orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Prepaid Shipping Label
If you’d like a prepaid return label, we can email it to you for easy printing. Just ensure your return is postmarked within the applicable return window. The label will be sent to your email within 1 to 2 business days after a customer service representative reviews your request. If there is a cost associated with the return, it will be deducted from your refund.
