Marvellous Little Dagger

It is small but feels great in hand. Probably would not work for someone with beefy fingers. I use it as a letter opener and paper cutter so I can handle it frequently. The sheath is not readily attachable to a belt, but a little ingenuity and some bank line or similar small cord could fix that. Liked it so well I ordered one of the full size Leathernecks, which is a more elegant version of the old KaBar fighting and utility knife. The full size is much more capable but not as much fun as the Mini! This is one of my favorite Knife Center purchases, and I am now eligible for my 2nd $50 award.

I Don't See Why This Knife Gets So Much Hate!

For what you get, its an 8cr13mov blade, which is easy to sharpen, and cause of how thin this dagger grind is, you can sharpen this thing to a shaving edge. It is a good steel for doing your normal cutting tasks throughout the day, and a few small touch ups every week or so should keep this thing good to go. I sharpen mine every week. It is very rust resistant. The sheath is so great- it pops on and off easily, and you can easily push it off with your thumb, making for an easy one handed draw. This is a dagger, so remember the sheath is also ambidextrous. After all the times I've taken the knife out of the sheath I don't think I've damaged the edge on the sheath once. It's nice. I do BJJ and I like a smaller fixed blade for peace of mind if I ever had to fight someone- I'm not the strongest guy in the world after all. With this knife, it's small enough I can confidently grapple with it if needed. It's got a grippy handle and the size of it fits my friend's giant hands too. It's a lightweight knife too, which is great! For what it's worth, this is a knife that I find myself carrying as much as my Microtech SBD Dagger, and my SOG SEAL FX. I don't understand why this knife gets so much hate just for the steel, but for what it's worth, I've carried this on and off for roughly 6 months, and I love it a lot. :)

Ok little dagger, sheath sucks

Over priced little knife. Sheath locks it in well but the holes for mounting it are too small for any standard belt clip and so small you’ll be forcing through paracord to attach it to anything. New cold steel , would not recommend.
